About this event

This match is intended to be shot with factory hunting rifles and 9x scopes. We will allow modifications and custom components this year, but the 9x scope rule is firm. (Stronger scopes are allowed, they just need to be turned down to 9).

The match will consist of 16 rounds for score, 8 shots from 50 yards shot off-hand from a standing position & 8 shots from 200 yards shot seated with only bi-pod sticks for a rest.

Course of Fire: 3 shooters will go to the firing line and shoot 8 rounds at the 50 yard targets. After all 3 shooters have completed fire, targets will be retrieved and replaced for the next squad of shooters.
When the 50 yard shooting is complete, shooters will come back to the firing line to shoot 8 shots at the 200 yard targets.
After all relays are complete at both distances, each shooter’s scores will be totaled to determine placing. Ties will be decided by the smallest 200 yard group size.

COLD RANGE PRE-MATCH: Range will be cold the entire morning prior to the match. All shots taken will be for score. There will be no sighter shots.
